Feewhee is a portable application to manage opacity and size of a programs or widows which are in live.After downloading this application double click it , it starts and run in background  it cant be viewed in task bar .It has two option ,one is adjusting the size of active window and two in adjusting the opacity of that window.To adjust size of the window place mouse pointer on top of the application scroll your mousle wheel so that you can easily adjust the size of the window.

To adjust the opacity place your mouser pointer on top of the window and scroll the mouse wheel by pressing shift key,so that you can easily adjust the opacity of the window to your required level.
